1. Who we are

Mognate is operated by FansCreator OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. We provide custom image and video content for commercial shoots. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@mognate.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the information you choose to share with us when you contact us by email or through our site, typically your name, email address and details about your project. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to enquiries and prepare project proposals
• To deliver the content production services you request
• To issue invoices and maintain basic business records

We process personal data on the legal bases of contract performance and legitimate interest, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Data sharing and retention

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to run our business (for example email and invoicing tools), under appropriate data-processing agreements. Project correspondence is retained for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mognate.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
